Teal Ridge Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental, seeks a Dental Assistant to support dentists with chairside procedures and patient education. The role emphasizes patient comfort, health history reviews, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced clinic.

Proficiency with Dentrix and proficiency in taking X-rays are preferred. Certification in dental assisting and X-ray exposure is required where applicable. A collaborative team environment and ongoing training are provided.

Formación

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and educate throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• HIPAA training and PHI handling aligned with role responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists.
• Maintain supply and inventory; place and expedite orders.
• Support office workflow by adopting Heartland Dental systems.
