Trail Ridge Dental Care is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a supportive Heartland Dental network. The role emphasizes patient education, thorough health history review, and chairside assistance using modern tools.

Ideal candidates will have dental assistant certification (and x-ray certification if required by state act) and experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment is expected.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures in accordance with state law.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
