Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant in Greensburg, PA to support patients with compassionate care and utilize state-of-the-art technology. You’ll perform four-handed dentistry, take x-rays, and help maintain a clean, safe treatment area in line with OSHA/CDC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Familiar with dental terminology and procedures.
• Strong patient communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and patient privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate patients throughout treatment.
• Review health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays/digital images with iTero and cameras.
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment room following OSHA/CDC guidelines.
• Manage supply inventory and expedite orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
