Job summary

Denton Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. You will perform chairside tasks, take x-rays, assist with intra-oral imaging, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming patient experience.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, maintaining sterilization standards, and complying with safety and privacy regulations. Training opportunities are offered to advance skills within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED and state-required training for certification/licensure/registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best treatment with urgency.
• Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral care as directed.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain compliance with ADA/OSHA guidelines.
