DentalWorks is seeking a Dental Assistant on site to support doctors with procedures, take and process radiographs, and ensure a top-tier patient experience. You will help maintain charts, prepare rooms, and manage patient flow with precision and care.

Ideal candidates bring radiography certification and state-required Dental Assistant credentials, plus CPR. You will work in a fast-paced practice, uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards, and participate in ongoing training to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current radiography certification required.
• Dental Assistant certification as required by state.
• CPR and Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Analgesia certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service with chair-side manner and make the patient the priority.
• Be present and ready to work at all assigned shift times.
• Assist doctors with dental procedures and anticipate their needs.
• Take, develop and mount accurate radiographs.
• Review patient charts, log health history, and transcribe notes.
• Prepare equipment and operatory per procedures before patients arrive.
• Maintain schedule and patient flow with efficient procedures.
• Educate patients and address questions or concerns.
• Demonstrate teamwork to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and follow OSHA/BBP regulations.
• Complete Learning Management System requirements.
