Job summary

Entertimeonline is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to support the orthodontists with chair-side care and patient flow. You will take radiographs, assist with sterilization, and manage operatory setup while also supporting front desk tasks such as scheduling and patient check-in.

Strong communication and organization are essential. The role requires radiology certification and a dental assistant license, relevant training or degree, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience.
• Radiology certification and DPH Dental Assistant License.
• Vocational/Technical training or Associates Degree.
• Familiarity with dental software, email, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists at chair side and greet patients.
• Take radiographs as instructed by the provider and maintain radiology quality.
• Set up and break down operatories; sterilize and stock necessary materials.
• Assist front desk operations: schedule appointments, check in patients, verify demographics.
