Centurion Health seeks a part-time Dental Assistant for the North Idaho Correctional Institution in Cottonwood, ID. This role involves chairside assistance, instrument sterilization, operatory prep, radiographic work, and some administrative duties in a correctional environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a dental assisting program or six months experience. Idaho DA license or ability to obtain is required, with expanded duties certification

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required or recognized equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program in dental assisting or at least six months of experience as a dental assistant.
• Idaho DA license or ability to obtain license.
• Certification as an expanded duty dental assistant preferred; if not certified, must obtain within first year.
• Certification and/or experience performing dental x-rays preferred.
• Must maintain tuberculosis screening documentation and CPR certification.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.
