Heartland Dental is recruiting for a Dental Assistant at Dental Care at Springbrook, a brand-new office opening in March 2027. You will support clinicians, manage patient flow, and maintain sterile, organized treatment rooms using Dentrix and modern imaging tools.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team with strong Heartland Dental support, focusing on excellent patient care, safety, and compliant practice operations. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and safeguarding PHI will be required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process X-rays and other diagnostics (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance and support to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records management.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies and place orders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
