Heartland Dental is seeking a New Graduate Dental Assistant to join 370 Dental Care in Gretna, NE. You will greet patients, review health histories, and assist dentists with procedures using four-handed techniques.

You’ll gain hands-on training with iTero 3D scanning, Dentrix, and safety protocols, while contributing to a supportive team and a stable, growth-oriented office environment.

Qualifications

• Understand dental procedures and terminology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them during treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and digital imaging.
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry).
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA/CDC).
• Manage supplies and place orders; support office workflow.
