Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Mishawaka campus is seeking experienced Dental Assistants to become fully trained instructors for year‑round Friday morning classes. The role includes paid training, teaching 10–20 students per session, and using Ross curriculum to cover clinical and administrative skills.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Dental Assistant and national certification (RDA AMT or CDA DANB), or 5+ years with certification. Prior teaching interest and flexibility preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting or equivalent.
• National certification (RDA AMT) or CDA (DANB) required or equivalent.
• Formal training in a dental assisting program (Ross preferred).

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Lead Friday morning sessions and serve as primary or secondary instructor as needed.
