Job summary

Ross Education Holdings Inc. seeks a part-time Dental Assistant Instructor for the Portage campus to teach year-round morning and evening classes. The role focuses on clinical and administrative dental assisting skills, using Ross lesson plans and curriculum, with classes 4.5 hours long.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of dental assisting experience with a national certification (RDA or CDA) and an interest in teaching. Flexible hours and a mission-driven team support professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting with active national certification (RDA or CDA).
• Formal dental assisting education, or 5+ years field experience with certification.
• Interest in teaching and ability to work with students and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Schedule 4.5 hour sessions in morning or evening blocks; part-time 9–18 hours weekly.
