Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking experienced Dental Assistants to become instructors for year-round Friday morning lectures in Flint, MI.

The paid training program will fully prepare DAs to teach the curriculum and run classroom sessions of 8:30–1, totaling 4.5 hours weekly on Fridays. The campus-based position welcomes those with 3+ years of dental assisting experience and national certification (RDA AMT or CDA DANB) or 5+ years in the field with certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental assisting experience and national certification (RDA AMT or CDA DANB).
• Formal training in a dental assisting program such as Ross.
• Interest in teaching and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the dental assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.

We are looking for experienced DA's to become fully trained instructors to teach scheduled year round Friday morning classes. Full Paid Training.

Morning classes run M-F 8:30-1

Dental Assistant Instructor duties include:

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.

DA QualificationsRequirements

• 3+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA from AMT) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA from DANB) and formal training in a dental assisting program like Ross.
• If you do not have the formal education, you can also qualify with 5+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification. *additional requirements or exceptions may be applicable based on the state, program, and accreditation requirements
• Interest in teaching or prior experience
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow
