Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Mishawaka Campus seeks experienced Dental Assistants to become part-time instructors for year-round morning and evening classes. Positions include primary and secondary instructor duties with 18-36 hours/week and PRN coverage.

Classes run 8:30-1 and 5:30-10, with flexible hours and a strong focus on student success. This non-profit program emphasizes health care education through Ross curriculum, supporting professional growth and community impact.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ dental assisting experience with a national certification (RDA or CDA) or 5+ years in the field with national certification.
  • Interest in teaching and student mentorship.
  • Flexible with morning and evening hours and teaching schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students.
  • Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
  • Class sessions are 4.5 hours in morning or evening blocks.
  • Support student participation, assessments, and substitutions as needed.
  • Perform related duties as required to support instruction.

We have 18-36 hours/week available depending on your schedule.
