Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Evansville Campus seeks an experienced Dental Assistant to become a trained instructor for year-round Friday morning classes. The position offers full paid training and 8:30 AM–1:00 PM sessions with 10–20 students per class.

You will teach clinical and administrative skills using Ross curriculum. Candidates should have 3+ years of dental assisting experience with a national certification (RDA or CDA) or 5+ years with certification.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting and national certification (RDA or CDA)
• Teaching interest or prior instructional experience preferred
• Ability to teach clinical and administrative skills from Ross curriculum

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, delivering lectures and demonstrations
• Follow Ross lesson plans and curriculum; use prepared materials
• Be available for substitutes and teaching assistant support as needed
