Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Lansing is seeking a Dental Assistant Instructor for morning classes. This campus-based role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and year-round teaching opportunities for 4–5 days per week, 18–27 hrs/wk.

Role includes teaching 10-20 students, delivering lectures from Ross curricula, and conducting demonstrations. Sessions are 4.5 hours; part-time schedule is 9–18 hours weekly, with potential PRN availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA from AMT) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA from DANB).
• Formal training in a dental assisting program like Ross.
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations, using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Sessions are 4.5 hours and can be day or evening.
