Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team in Stockbridge, GA. You will support dentists during denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, and removable prosthetics, helping patients at every stage of treatment.

You'll prepare operatories, manage instruments, take denture impressions, and ensure infection control while delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers growth, ongoing training, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dental Assistant and X-ray certification required by state.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chairside support and a welcoming patient experience from check-in to treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials for each patient.
• Assist dentists during dentures, implants, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic procedures.
• Take and assist with denture impressions and wax bites as directed by the dentist.
• Assist with denture insertions, relines, repairs, and expanded duties where allowed by state law.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, implant procedures, post-operative care, and financial packages.
• Document patient histories, treatment information, and clinical notes accurately.
• Take dental radiographs in accordance with state certification requirements.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support daily office operations and keep a clean clinical environment.
• Occasional travel for training and continuing education.
