Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced clinical setting. You’ll support dentists during dentures procedures, implants, oral surgery, extractions and prosthetic treatments while providing excellent patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, dental assistant and X-ray certification where required, and strong communication skills. Travel for training may be needed and a collaborative environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant and X-ray certification required where state mandates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chairside support and ensure a positive patient experience from check-in to treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment and materials for each patient appointment.
• Assist dentists during denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, extractions and prosthetic treatments.
• Take alginate denture impressions and prepare wax bites under supervision.
