Responsibilities

• Deliver chairside support and create a welcoming patient experience.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials before each appointment.
• Assist dentists during dentures, implants, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments.
• Take and assist with denture impressions and wax bites under dentist direction.
• Assist with denture insertions, relines, repairs, and expanded duties where allowed.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, implant procedures, and care.
• Document patient histories and clinical notes accurately.
• Take dental radiographs in line with state requirements.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support daily operations and keep a clean clinical environment.
• Travel occasionally for training and CE opportunities.
