Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a compassionate, skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll provide chairside support as we deliver denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, and removable prosthetics, while educating patients on care and treatment options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Dental assistant and x-ray certification required where state dictates.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional chairside support and a welcoming patient experience.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials for each patient.
• Assist dentists during denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments.
• Take and assist with denture impressions and wax bites under dentist direction.
• Assist with denture insertions, relines, repairs, and other expanded duties where allowed by state law.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, implants, postoperative care, and home care.
• Document patient medical histories, treatment information, and clinical notes.
• Take dental radiographs in line with state certification.
• Maintain infection control and sterilize instruments and operatories.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
