Benevis is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality dental care to patients. You will support the office and dental staff, assist with procedures, and help educate patients on oral hygiene.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• X-ray certification preferred by state practice.
• Certified dental assistant credentials preferred by state practice.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus (location dependent).
• Must adhere to government regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Guide parents of minors and patients through processes before treatment.
• Educate patients in oral hygiene and provide postoperative instructions.
• Prepare patient for examination and treatment.
• Take x-rays and save to patient charts (location dependent).
• Ensure hygiene bay and operatory rooms are ready for use.
• Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and mix materials.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, chairs and rooms.
• Assist dental staff with treatment and document patient information in charts.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and company programs.
