Benevis is hiring a Dental Assistant to join our team and support dental staff in delivering quality patient care. You will assist with procedures, prepare patients, take X-rays where allowed, and help maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• X-ray certification preferred by state/office.
• Dental assistant credentials preferred by state/office.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and compassionate dental care to every patient.
• Guide parents of minors and patients through processes before treatment.
• Educate patients in oral hygiene and give postoperative instructions.
• Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Take and store X-rays where permitted by location.
• Ensure hygiene bay and operatory rooms are ready for use.
• Prepare tray setups for dental procedures.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, chairs, and rooms.
• Assist dental staff with treatment and documentation in charts.
• Assist with suction, retractors, suturing during surgical procedures.
• Pour, trim, and polish impression casts; fabricate custom trays.
• Adhere to government regulations and company standards.
