Job summary

Benevis is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality dental care to patients. The role supports clinicians, aids in patient education, and helps maintain a welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, taking and documenting x-rays when required, and ensuring equipment and operatory readiness. A high school diploma or GED is required, with X-ray certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• X-ray certification is preferred by state праctice.
• Certified dental assistant credentials are preferred by state/practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Guide parents of minors and patients through our processes before treatment.
• Educate patients in oral hygiene instruction and provide postoperative instructions.
• Prepare patient for examination and treatment.
• Take x-rays and save to patient charts (location dependent).
• Assist with treatment and support the dental staff as needed.
