Benevis is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team and support licensed clinicians in delivering high-quality care. You will prepare operatory rooms, take x-rays (where permitted), sterilize instruments, and educate patients on oral hygiene while ensuring a compassionate, efficient patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• X-ray certification preferred according to State practices.
• Certified dental assistant credentials preferred according to State practices.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus (location dependent).
• Adhere to government regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Guide parents of minors and patients through our processes before treatment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide postoperative instructions.
• Prepare patient for examination and treatment.
• Take x-rays and save to patient charts (location dependent).
• Ensure operational readiness of the hygiene bay and operatory rooms.
• Prepare tray setups for dental procedures.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and rooms.
• Assist dental staff with treatment: document patient information and assist during procedures.
• Follow all regulations and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
