Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing North American practice. You will assist with a wide range of procedures, take X-rays, prepare operatories, and manage patient flow to ensure smooth, high-quality care.

You will also perform digital iTero scans, impressions, charting, and patient education as part of a collaborative team focused on exceptional patient experiences. We offer training, cutting-edge technology, and a supportive environment designed to help you grow

Qualifications

• Active RDA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6–12 months of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental X-rays with precision to support diagnoses.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures; maintain cleanliness.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards; sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term care.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for appliances.
• Conduct digital iTero scans for diagnostics.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care.
