Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our North America expansion. You will support dentists with a variety of procedures, take precise x-rays, maintain clean operatories, and help manage patient flow.

You’ll be trained on iTero scans and digital charting, contributing to accurate treatment planning and excellent patient experiences. Your role emphasizes infection control, patient education, and teamwork in a fast-growing practice to help deliver beautiful smiles and improve

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license (RDA).
• Current CPR certification.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo offices may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and keep patients comfortable.
• Take dental x-rays with precision to aid diagnoses and planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories, maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations as needed for appliances.
• Conduct digital iTero scans and contribute diagnostic data.
• Document patient charts and treatment plans with the doctors.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent patient experiences.
