Ideal candidates have dental assistant certification (and x-ray certification if required) and experience with Dentrix, with a commitment to HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• HIPAA training and data safeguards awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and ensure comfort and education throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to support quality care.
• Take and process X-rays and diagnostic assessments (Dentrix scheduling/record-keeping).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) during procedures.
• Maintain treatment rooms with safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies and place orders to support workflow.
