Job summary

Heartland Dental's Round Rock office is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support dentists with four-handed dentistry, take X-rays, and assist in implants, crowns and bridges while using Dentrix for scheduling and records.

You'll work in a state-of-the-art practice with a patient-first culture, strong team camaraderie, and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with dental procedures in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or state-required x-ray certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process X-rays and perform iTero/photography tasks.
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
