Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team in a full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm role in New York. You’ll perform chairside assistance, take x-rays, manage scheduling, and uphold safety and privacy standards to deliver quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have a dental assistant certification (and X-ray certification if required by state), strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dentrix experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must have dental procedures knowledge and patient-care focus.
• Certification as dental assistant; X-ray certification may be required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and maintain comfort throughout treatment.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Ensure safety and HIPAA compliance; manage supplies.
