Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join Copperfield Crossing Dental. You will greet patients, review health history, and support clinicians with four-handed dentistry, digital imaging, and charting in a modern practice.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology required.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Regular HIPAA training and PHI protection required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostics (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment rooms following OSHA & CDC guidelines.
• Manage supplies and place/expedite orders; support office workflow.
