Pebble Creek Dental Care in Mustang, OK, seeks a Dental Assistant to join our team, supporting doctors and patients with compassionate, efficient care. You’ll work within Heartland Dental’s network, leveraging modern technology to enhance patient experiences.

You’ll greet patients, review health histories, assist chairside with a range of procedures, and maintain accurate records using Dentrix, all while upholding safety standards and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them during treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment room following safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
• Manage supplies and place orders; support office workflow.
