Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast‑paced, patient‑centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x‑ray certification as required by state law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and help ease their visit from check‑in to post‑care.
• Review health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process X‑rays and other diagnostics (iTero 3D, photos).
• Provide four‑hand chairside assistance to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment rooms with safety protocols (OSHA, CDC).
• Manage supplies and place orders; support office workflow.
