Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant for our Great Plains Family Dentistry of Enid location in Oklahoma. This role supports clinicians, manages patient flow, and ensures a safe, comfortable patient experience from the first visit.

You will perform x-ray and diagnostic tasks, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain patient records with Dentrix while adhering to OSHA and HIPAA standards. A collaborative, growth-oriented team awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA familiarity and training as required.

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome patients and educate throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment room following OSHA & CDC safety protocols.
• Manage supplies and place/expedite orders as needed.
• Partner with providers to maximize office workflow.
