Effingham Dental Group, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team and support patients through their dental journey. You will greet patients, review health histories, take and process x-rays (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography), provide four‑handed chairside assistance, and use Dentrix for scheduling and records.

This role follows safety protocols, manages supplies, and partners with clinicians to maximize office workflow.

Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• If state act requires, dental assistant and/or x-ray certification.

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and educate them.
• Review patient health history to inform quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
