Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team in a fast-paced, patient-centered practice. You will support dentists in denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, and removable prosthetics while ensuring excellent chairside care.

The role emphasizes patient education, infection control, and teamwork. Experience with dentures, implants, or prosthodontic procedures is preferred, and state-certified X-ray credentials may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Dental Assistant and X-ray certification as required by state.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to teamwork and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chairside support and ensure a welcoming patient experience from check-in to treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials for each appointment.
• Assist dentists during denture procedures, dental implant placement, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments.
• Take alginate denture impressions, select impression trays, and prepare wax bites as directed.
• Assist with denture insertions, adjustments, relines, repairs, and other duties permitted by state law.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, implant procedures, post-operative care, and home care.
