Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team in delivering life-changing denture and implant care. You will assist affiliated dentists, provide chair-side support for impressions, dentures, implants, and oral surgery, and deliver excellent patient service.

The role requires an RDA certification and an active X-ray license, with at least one year of hands-on experience in dentures/implants and the ability to educate patients on treatments and pricing.

Qualifications

• RDA certification required.
• HS Diploma required.
• At least 1 year experience assisting with dentures/implants.
• Experience taking impressions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the office to receive patients prior to opening.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to patients.
• Educate patients about treatment options, denture styles, packages, and aftercare.
• Record and maintain patient histories and treatment notes.
• Assist dentist with impressions, dentures, implants and minor oral surgery as permitted by state law.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clean operatories.
• Take and develop x-rays as needed (certified).
• Assist with check-out paperwork and scheduling.
