Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Dental Assistant for My Dentist Midtown to join a collaborative team. You will support clinicians with chairside assistance, manage patient records in Dentrix, and help educate patients throughout treatment.

A strong focus on safety, HIPAA compliance, and efficient workflow is essential. Minimum qualifications include knowledge of dental procedures, fast-paced customer service experience, and applicable certifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• If required by state act, dental assistant and/or x-ray certification.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients through their dental journey and educate during treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (e.g., iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies/inventory and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and improve workflow.
