Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners in Seattle is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a patient-focused, tech-forward practice. You will support doctors, prepare treatment rooms, and help deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced clinic.

The position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, a Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-4:30 PM schedule with growth potential to five days, and benefits including medical, vision, life, and 401K options. Parking is free on-site and PTO/holidays are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• State radiology certification and CPR are preferred.
• RDA/RDAEF or equivalent credentials are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and seat them in the treatment rooms.
• Assist the doctor during patient care.
• Stay current with dental technology and clinical initiatives.
• Monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Build rapport with patients and ensure comfort.
• Follow OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Sterilize instruments and prepare rooms for procedures.
• Take and mount dental radiographs.
• Contribute to team goals and maintain safety.

This position will be Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-4:30 PM with potential to grow to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Stay at the forefront of dental technology in Seattle's innovative healthcare landscape, mastering cutting-edge clinical initiatives that enhance patient care and practice efficiency.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Dental Assistant
• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and digital health platforms, with a bonus for tech-savvy candidates familiar with Seattle's healthcare innovation ecosystem.
