Job summary

Kiss Dental Care in Millsboro, DE is looking for an experienced dental assistant to support the dentist during procedures and manage patient flow in a friendly, team‑oriented office.

You will educate patients on postoperative care, prepare and sterilize instruments, and update patient records. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:30 am–5:00 pm hours, in a fully equipped dental clinic offering benefits.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Must hold RDA/CDA/EFDA credentials.
• Experience with cosmetic, implant, emergency and general dentistry preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures and manage patient flow.
• Educate patients on postoperative care and instructions.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and rooms.
• Record and update patient records.

Work Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30 - 5 pm, Fridays 8:30 am to 2:30 pm

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Driver's license, Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
• Software Experience: Eaglesoft, CEREC
• Clinical Experience: Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Emergency Dentistry, General Dentistry
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental assistant with 1+ years of practice

Job Description

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures. Educate patients on proper post operative instructions. Ensure the treatment rooms are clean and organized. Manage patient flow. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Record and update patient records.
