Job summary

The Perfect Smile in Red Bank, NJ seeks a friendly Dental Assistant to join a caring team. You will assist dentists, take and develop X-rays, prep treatment rooms, and maintain infection control to help patients feel comfortable from check-in to check-out.

Pay

• $22 - $35 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
• Commission-Based Incentives: Benefit from incentives based on your contributions to procedures like impression taking, equipment setup, and patient education.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• Flexible schedule
• No weekend shifts
• Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday : 7 AM - 4 PM; Thursday: Closed;
• Breaks: 30-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
• Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
• Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.

Requirements

• License & Certification: Driver’s license, X-ray / Radiography Certification
• Dental Assistant certification (Required or willing to obtain, depending on state laws)
• X-ray certification (Preferred)
• A team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Someone who genuinely loves helping people smile—literally and figuratively!
