Job summary

Smile Exchange of Malvern is seeking a Dental Assistant to support chairside procedures, sterilization, and patient care in a busy practice. The role emphasizes patient comfort, infection control, and teamwork in a friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will hold current x-ray certification, be a team player, and have a strong work ethic. Prior dental experience is a plus, with on‑the‑job training available for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Must have current x-ray/radiology certification.
• Experience in a dental setting is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist with chairside procedures, sterilization, x-rays, and patient care.
• Ensure patient comfort and build positive relationships with patients of all backgrounds.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral health best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Help keep the office running smoothly with light administrative duties as needed.
