Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Dental Assistant at Smile Exchange of Malvern to support dentists, handle chairside procedures, sterilization, and patient care. The role emphasizes infection control, patient comfort, and teamwork in a friendly Malvern clinic.

The position is full-time, four days a week (Mon–Thu), with paid vacation, holidays, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) match. Training provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have current x-ray/radiology certification.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in a dental setting is a plus, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist with chairside procedures, sterilization, x‑rays, and patient care.
• Ensure patient comfort and build positive relationships with patients of all backgrounds.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Educate patients on post‑treatment care and oral health best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Help keep the office running smoothly with light administrative duties as needed.
