The Smilist Dental in Warminster, PA is hiring a reliable Dental Assistant to join our friendly team. You will assist doctors, prepare trays, and maintain a clean, sterile operatory while delivering compassionate patient care during every visit.

Applicants should have proven dental assistant experience, an active PA x-ray license, and familiarity with Dentrix. Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Weekend availability optional.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Active PA x-ray license.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures.
• Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep patients focused on optimal treatment while attending their individual concerns and promoting the good qualities of their doctor
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patient feels comfortable; prepare patients for treatment, and assist the doctors - thereby enabling them to provide efficient quality dental treatment
• Escort patients to and from the front desk
• Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and maintain adequate supply levels in each operatory, ordering and replenishing as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Position Details:

• Schedule:Full Time - Monday through Friday - no weekends! Must have some evening availability
• Salary Range:$23.00-$25.00/hour
• Location:Warminster, PA
