Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) in Atlanta. The ideal candidate has EFDA credentials, at least two years of dental assisting experience, and strong clinical skills to support a busy practice. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to join our growing team! If you’re confident in your skills, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are looking for an office where you can continue to grow, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA required)
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required
• Strong clinical skills and confidence assisting with a variety of procedures
• Experience with Open Dental and iTero is a big plus
• Dependable, positive, team-oriented, and comfortable in a busy practice
• Alternating Saturdays required — when you work a Saturday, you’ll receive a weekday off that same week

Requirements

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
• Valid X-ray certificate.
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
• CPR & first aid certificate.
