Job summary

Quince is seeking a Merchandising Manager, Women's Denim, to delight customers by expanding and managing the Denim product assortment.

You will own end-to-end merchandising, collaborate with design and sourcing, and drive revenue, margins, and growth for the Denim category in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Location is San Francisco with a 3-day in-office requirement. Quince values sustainability and direct-to-consumer efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of retail merchandising experience with Denim brands.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Based in San Francisco with 3 days in office per week.
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred.
• Proven track record of progressing within an organization and growth in roles.
• Product obsessed with data-driven decisions and external sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end merchandising for Denim, including strategy, fit assortment, seasonal washes, launches, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with tech design on fit intent and execution.
• Lead long-term planning and deliver near-term results independently.
• Lead fabric library reset and redefine denim quality standards across the business.
• Partner with PD and Sourcing to align quality, costs, and vendor execution.
• Analyze data to drive decisions on sales velocity, margin, and returns.
• Maintain a competitive market pulse and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Onboard best-in-class vendors to expand source base.
