Job summary

Aspirion is seeking a Supervisor, Denials Operations to lead a high-performance team handling denial management in a busy revenue cycle environment. You will oversee real-time work distribution, monitor progress, and drive productivity while ensuring quality and compliance with payer guidelines.

You will coach a team of 8–15 teammates, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance discussions to sustain high performance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience (denials management preferred).
• 1–3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.

Responsibilities

• Manage real-time work distribution to balance workloads and ensure continuous progress.
• Monitor workflow stages and intervene to prevent delays.
• Identify bottlenecks or system issues impacting throughput.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of 8–15 team mates.
• Provide real-time feedback to improve productivity and quality.
• Conduct 1:1s and performance discussions.
• Track productivity, quality, and cycle time metrics.
• Ensure adherence to payer guidelines and HIPAA compliance.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for team members.
