Job summary

Commure is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Business Operations team, focusing on denials management and claims optimization. You will reduce denials, improve revenue capture, and design scalable operational improvements across a broad client portfolio.

You will own outcomes, conduct root-cause investigations, and collaborate with product, engineering, and account management to refine tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, healthcare consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to independently perform data analysis (Excel required; SQL strongly preferred).
• Operational leadership experience with track record of managing cross-functional initiatives at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead Denials Management Strategy across the claims lifecycle with emphasis on trends.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis to identify systemic issues behind denials and implement preventative solutions.
• Own Key Operational Metrics and surface insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and scale repeatable automated workflows; collaborate with product and engineering to define internal tooling needs.
• Partner with account managers and clients to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
