Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, healthcare consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently perform data analysis (Excel required; SQL strongly preferred).
• Operational leadership experience with a track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and improving process performance at scale.
• Systems thinker who sees how people, processes, and technology create value.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for results.
• Excellent communicator who translates complexity into clarity for internal and external stakeholders.
• Bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Denials Management Strategy: oversee the claims lifecycle and reduce revenue loss.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis: investigate systemic issues and implement preventative solutions.
• Own Key Operational Metrics: manage throughput, denial rates, and client-facing KPIs.
• Build and Scale Processes: design repeatable, automated workflows with product/engineering input.
• Client Partnership: act as SME for critical accounts and advise on operational improvements.
