Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Demolition Technician in Pennsylvania to respond to emergencies and lead mitigation efforts at properties affected by disasters.

You’ll perform water mitigation, tarping, board-ups, mold remediation, and cleaning services, while communicating with customers with empathy and teamwork. Prior restoration experience is welcome, and a driver’s license with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Customer-centered communication under pressure.
• Able to stay calm, move quickly, and solve problems in urgent situations.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and on-call.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Restoration training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency situations and begin mitigation efforts.
• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-ups, mold remediation, and cleaning services.
• Communicate clearly with customers and show empathy during high-stress times.
• Work with the team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites to company standards.

Demolition Technician - $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + overtime opportunities and on-call bonuses

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Demolition Technician, you are first on site when disaster strikes—fires, floods, and more. You lead the effort to stabilize and restore properties while helping customers through difficult moments. This is not a typical job.

You’ll be:

• Helping people during some of the toughest moments of their lives
• Working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
• Building real skills that lead to long-term career growth

You will:

• Respond to emergency situations and begin mitigation efforts
• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board‑ups, mold remediation, and cleaning services

• Work closely with your team to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites to company standards
