Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Demo Engineer to design and build scalable demo tools and demo environments for the Solution Engineering and Technical Services team. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to ensure demos reflect the latest features and roadmaps, and you will develop integrations with key partner systems to illustrate cross-system buy‑/sell‑side processes.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping business processes to product features and systems.
• Strong technical skills with JavaScript, Python, PHP, and JSON.
• Experience with APIs, middleware tools, API platforms and integrations.
• Experience with partner systems like Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable demo tools for Solution Engineers and GTM roles.
• Create use-case and industry-specific demo environments and scripts.
• Develop integrations to partner systems to demonstrate cross-system processes with Ironclad.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to reflect roadmaps in demo assets.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering to evolve the core product.
