Ironclad Inc. is seeking a Demo Engineer to design and build scalable demo tools and environments for Solution Engineers and GTM teams in the San Francisco area.
You will create industry-specific demos and integrations with major partner systems, working closely with product and engineering to reflect roadmap needs. You will collaborate with sales, success, product and implementation teams to ensure assets align with customer requirements and field feedback informs product evolution.
The Solution Engineering and Technical Services (SETS) team at Ironclad collaborates closely with prospective customers and Ironclad’s Sales, Success, Product and Implementation teams, forming a critical technical overlay to the solution evaluation process.
As a Demo Engineer, you will report to the Technical Services Manager and ensure that field resources have the environments, tools and assets needed to effectively and efficiently build demos for prospects and customers. In this role you will collaborate heavily with your peers in the SETS team as well as sales, product and engineering to ensure demo assets align with the needs of the GTM team, and that product and engineering receive timely and actionable feedback on product features needed for effective field demos.
Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
